My rating for my recent purchase is “zero”. I ordered the Sweetest Sunrise Bouquet because my late mother-in-laws favorite color was yellow and I wanted yellow flowers delivered to her memorial service. If the premium Sweetest Sunrise bouquet, with its yellow roses and yellow alstromeria had been delivered it would have been fine.
Instead the florist delivered an arrangement made up of red roses, red carnations and orange daisies. It was not close to the arrangement I ordered and was very disappointing.

This advertised arrangement is gorgeous and perfect for the sentiment I wanted to express. When I saw what was delivered, I was disappointed and uncomfortable.
It was only yellow and white flowers, no shades of cream or pink. Only yellow and white. Will not use this service again since the local florist they contract does not do a good job. For paying so much money, this should have been a beautiful arrangement.

I am from out of town and used the funeral home website to order flowers. I got the largest selection, premium, and so glad I didn’t chose the smaller version because the premium was much smaller than expected. Also, I noticed that two florists were used based on the flowers I looked at. The other florist selections were much larger and just better. Those must have been from a florist the locals knew and not the one from the Funeral home website. For $130 including delivery, I feel very bad about this experience,

I guess $107.95 just doesn't buy as many flowers as it used to, because I was expecting a larger number of roses at that price point. Prices go up, I guess. So if you're looking to order a larger display of sympathy flowers, this one is not that. But it's beautiful as a smaller display.

Very happy with the bouquet appearance. It was a graveside service, and it was present/delivered to the graveside. My disappointment is the placement of it and all other plants/flowers that were delivered. Only the bouquet that covers the casket were visible for service. All other flowers (including mine) were put about 15 feet away under a tree. I would think that at least they could have made it to surround near the casket, by the tent with family & visitors. Had to go search to be sure the flowers were delivered.

I would have settled for pretty good. This arrangement was like an unskilled worker threw it together. I ordered "The Premium" size and got the below the low end size. My bill was over a hundred bucks for a discount store's day old flowers

The picture of the "premium" bouquet online looked beautiful and impressive. When we searched out our flowers at the services, however, we were embarrassed by its dinky size. And the flowers looked "tired." The presentation did not reflect the amount paid $114+.

I purchased this for the death of a dear neighbor. I saw that it came in three sizes and I ordered the Premium (largest). In the room with 27 other floral arrangements, this one was the puniest and not symmetrical. The premium cost $80 and another $20 for a service fee for a total of $100. I called the Sympathy Store and they offered to return $5. I told them no and they said they would send another bouquet to the recipient's home in a few days. That doesn't affect how bad this arrangement looked next to all of the others.

I will use this florist Everytime I need flowers. They delivered the flowers on time and they were the most beautiful ever. I am leery of online sales but with being out of town had no choice. The flowers were fresh and the display was just like the picture.

I ordered a bouquet for a funeral on the day after Martin Luther King day (cemetery was closed that day) and wanted to make sure the piece would be delivered on time since the funeral was early in the day.
They went out of their way to make sure it got there on time and sent me an email to confirm that. Very satisfied with the overall service.

Better to go with a florist you know and trust. The flowers were delivered day before the funeral, as I requested so they would be fresh, and they looked wilted already. The colors used were only white and a little bit of yellow but none of the peach so the overall effect was pretty boring. Certainly did not look like a hundred dollars' worth.

I was unable to attend a family funeral, so used this service to send flowers. I received a photo from a family member of the arrangement and it was very well displayed. Almost exactly as the photo in the advertisement except there were only yellow roses in the arrangement. This service comes at a premium price, but the convenience cannot be denied. I would recommend this company for their convenience and truth in advertising.

It looks beautiful. I was unable to attend the funeral service for my cousin, Stephen Burl Heater, held Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home in Parkersburg, WV., due to bad winter weather. I hope it was delivered.
